What is doming?

Doming is a technique where a transparent resin layer (PU) is applied to a printed surface, creating a high-quality, glossy, and 3D effect. This technique is widely used on keychains, badges, and stickers.

Advantages of the Demak carousel

The Demak carousel enables more efficient and accurate large-scale doming. Thanks to this advanced machine, we can produce faster without compromising quality. Furthermore, the carousel is equipped with an automatic dosing system, ensuring a consistent finish.

Better quality, faster delivery

With this investment, we increase our production capacity and guarantee the highest quality doming products for our customers. The shorter lead time also allows us to deliver faster, which aligns with our ambition for continuous improvement.

Sustainability on a large scale

At Deonet, we are taking another significant step towards sustainability by installing over 500 solar panels on the roof of our new location in Hapert. With this investment, we aim to make our energy supply more sustainable and contribute to a greener future.

Green energy for production

The solar panels will cover a significant part of our annual energy needs. This allows us to power our production facilities largely with solar energy, which is not only good for the environment but also contributes to cost savings.

New approach: clear and flexible

Deonet introduces a renewed pricing structure that responds to the wishes of our customers. Instead of the usual columns with quantities and prices, we are transitioning to a more transparent system where setup costs and transport costs are unbundled. This makes our pricing clearer and fairer.

No minimum order quantity

To make ordering smaller quantities more attractive, we have decided not to apply a minimum order quantity anymore. For a number of popular products, we even cover the setup costs ourselves. This makes purchasing smaller runs even more affordable.

Flexibility and transparency

With this new pricing structure, our customers can gain better insight into the total costs, without surprises afterwards. This aligns with our vision to operate customer-centric and flexibly.

Deonet expands: from Eindhoven to Hapert

After years of operating with great pleasure from Eindhoven, Deonet took a significant step in 2024 by relocating to a new, larger facility in Hapert. This move marks a new chapter for our company and enables us to grow further and increase our production capacity.
